Alexscar Records launches as an independent label with the release of “God’s Woman”, a wonderful album of inspirational songs by Alton McClain Scarborough produced by Skip Scarborough. The label founded by Skip and Alton can be described as providing music from the heart. The first of two subsequent releases, “Renaissance” by Alton McClain Scarborough is a wonderful collection of praise and worship songs written by Skip and Alton and recorded in his honor. The second release, “The Hit It Project” is a powerful compelling album paying tribute to Skip Scarborough’s beautiful legacy of music. Alton continues this theme with her new release of a stirring cover of a Frankie Beverly original, “While I’m Alone”. Alexscar Records, “music from the heart”.
